Unable to speak to customer services

I have tried to speak to customer services for the last two days. Each time I complete the automated procedure,  then when it says will put me through to speak to an advisor I receive a message saying sorry but your call cannot be completed. Has anybody else had the same problem as I feel that talk talk have deliberately blocked my tel number.

Thank you. I will do as recommended but they won't reply, or it will be the same standard answer. to note: i have been awaiting promised contact since 14:30 today and it is now 17:35.

Please start your own thread in the billing section of the forum, @StephenRMiller and staff will respond during the week. 

 

This is an old thread and not in the queue for attention. Staff respond to the original poster in the thread.

Experiencing similar problems. TalkTalk has stolen £75 from my account, despite explicit assurances that they would compensate me for their errors. Now it’s impossible to get through to an actual person when I make that specific request.

Well if nobody is prepared to speak to me then that is what I will do. Seems to be a common problem with talk talk poor customer services.

If you are going to another provider, you can contact them and place an order, the cancellation process will start when we receive the request to take your number.

I want to discuss my contract but I can't get through to anybody on the phone and if I want to discuss leaving talk talk I cannot give 30 days notice via your chatline.
