Hi, I have a TP Link extender that keeps disconnecting from the main network every time a channel hop is initiated. I see in the TALK TALK HUB the following log entries even though I have manually set the channels.
25.04.2022 17:06:13 INF WIFI 0 Channel: (1/11) Channel Hopping initiated/Manually initiated
Can you please stop automatic channel hopping on my account please? (and also update your logs to state that this is automatic channel hopping and not manually initiated).,

Hi @gillymanmore,
The support team here will be able to disable Wi-Fi Optimisation for you.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
