I've been using my Talktalk hub for a while.
In the past week, it's now showing a blinking orange light and I have no Internet connection.
I've called Talktalk for help who are too busy and have asked to call back. They ran a test on the line and said that was working fine.
I've since tried talking to them on their online chat but have been waiting over half an hour for help.
Has anyone else had this issue and what resolved this? Any help would be appreciated as it's been basically a week without WiFi and I'm not getting any real assistance from Talktalk.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
