For the last few days my Internet drops around 10:30 pm doesn’t work most of the night. Sporadically works early mornings then drops again around 6:45 am. Seems fine during most of the day. New router and cables were put in a few months ago and been working fine.
Line tests indicate no issues. Only 2 in the home so no heavy streaming or lots of devices during these times. Any ideas?

Is the router light still white? Does the router not connect to the internet at all following a reboot?

I’ve been tracking how often we lose connection and it is always around 6:45/7:00 am in the morning and anytime from 9:30 pm in the evenings. This is as well as random intermittent loss during the day and night.
The modem light remains white.
speed tests don’t work as no connection and 4g is quite slow.

Mine too . It’s so frustrating and customer service is absolutely rubbish . I pay way above the odds and I get rubbish service all I go is keep confining my details opening cases for nothing. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and it’s so disappointing!
