Hi,
I would like to turn off homesafe, however whenever I open the myaccount/security page a technical error warning shows up and it's not possible to change any settings.
Could you please provide support with that?

Hi okanemre, homesafe is already turned off on your account. Are you still having problems?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
