Trying to change my package

My broadband package recently came to an end and I thought I had signed up to a new package. According to my recent bill however this hasn't happened. I just tried to sign up to a new package now, followed the process through, but it is still not showing on my account. Help please! I'm finding this very frustrating.

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available
