I recently have gotten a new router from you guys however wifi optimization seems to be on so i keep getting put on busy channels leading to high packet loss. Id appreciate if it was turned off please

That will happen with a replacement Sagemcom Hub, as it would if you do a full reset. This has been flagged to the support team for you, I am sure they will oblige as soon as they can. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
