That is correct, you either have to use different external ports & map them in the rule to your ports, like this:-
Ext 9080
Int 80
Ext 9443
Int 443
or you can ask TalkTalk to consider swapping the router out for a Sagemcom Fast 5364, which will allow you to do it.
