Hi
My vpn connection is not working. It has been fine since last year when I had the same problem.
Karl kindly sorted this for me. Please can this be done as soon as possibly.

Nothing has changed with the router firmware, however I am seeing a fault on your line.
line tests are showing an external disconnection fault. I've logged this over to Openreach to take a look at this.
