Unable to connect to Work VPN

Hi woke up today, and cant connect to work VPN, have reached out to other users and they are not having problems.

 

We use forticlient for connection, as a test i connected my computer to my mobilephone and used that as a hot spot, and connected fine, seem to be to do with Talktalk, or my Hub, as you can understand i need a soultion for this asap?

There are certainly no known VPN issues with your router. Karl did say he would replace it for you though.

Thanks for the advise,I have just done a reset from back of router, and unfortunately still have same problem?>

 

as i say before today has worked perfectly. any other advise would be appreciated

Hi

 

No changes have been made to the router or firmware recently that would stop our VPN from working, and we are not seeing any other reports.

 

Have you tried a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router. 

 

Let me know if this clears the issue, If not, we can swap out the router.
