I left TalkTalk on 22nd Jan after appalling service, a refusal to fix my wifi and complaints. During one complaints discussion I was told my bill was cleared up to my date of leaving and TalkTalk wrote off the second half of the month and I received a refund on an overpayment. I am now being chased for £25.96 outstanding. Please delete this erroneous amount i was told was cleared, and close my account.
