Hi,
I currently have the TalkTalk router behind a PFSense firewall and using as a repeater. Is there a way to download and install the latest firmware myself without changing my network configuration?

Thanks!

Hi CarlosM
Thank you 🙂
I can see that the firmware updated over night to the latest version. I have also switched off WIFI optimisation.
Thanks

Oh ... Debbie. Can you also make sure that channel hopping is turned off after the upgrade. Thanks!

The router is now connected directly to the router. Ready when you are 😉

Thanks for helping! The router is currently behind a firewall. I'll move things around when i get back from work to connect it directly to the modem.

Hi CarlosM
Is your router switched off at the moment? I'm unable to connect to your router.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi @CarlosM,
You can't download and install the firmware yourself, the only way for it to be installed is for the FAST5364 to be connected as your 'modem', and to either wait for it to install automatically overnight, or for the support team here on the community to manually push the firmware to your router.
