Hi, can someone help me please, i would like to cancel my actual package and upgrade to fibre 900 only.
I already checked and is available in my area, so what do i need to do and what fees i have to pay and please nothing over the phone because my English is rubbish.

Cancellation has to be done over the phone, @LuisFranco, but if you effectively want an upgrade, try Chat.
If you are mid-contract, there is likely to be a £30 admin charge.
Look up Contact in the forum search engine for full details of opening hours etc.
Ask about charges - there may also be a £60.00 set up fee.
