Hello,
I use a VPN connection (with OpenVPN) provided by my University. Unfortunately, this get blocked by my TalkTalk router. I can connect but the speed is incredibly low. The same problem is not there when I use other WiFi networks.
Can you help?

However, what I do not get is : nothing happened, it was working one day and not working the following one. And this happened last month already!
Since nothing is changing/happening to the modem, how can it be a fault?

I think the problem is TalkTalk, as I can connect and use the VPN when using my phone data as hotspot (or using any other internet connection)

I contacted TalkTalk using the chatbot. I talked to two different operators and they made me run a series of tests (including turning off and on the modem)

Hello, yes it is so slow that it is practically impossible to use. I had this problem a month ago, after huge pain and discussion with the client support it went magically away and now it is back.
