I am having trouble connecting to my office server through VPN. My IT people have checked everything and believe that a block is in place which is stopping the connection.
Could this please be checked for me as I am now working from home full time and require the access to the server?

I have ordered you a different router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub running firmware V130? This does have some VPN problems that affect only certain VPN clients.
