Hello, I can't connect to my office VPN using my TalkTalk broadband connection.
VPN connection works fine if I use my phone's hotspot connection so there are no issues with the VPN settings. I saw some users referring to router firmware update?
Can you please help as I work remotely and I'm very limited with only my phone's 4G connection. Thank you

Will it be ok if I make a change to your firmware now?
We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
