VPN Connection issues

Hi,

I can no longer connect to my work VPN. VPN settings are correct, and are running with 50+ people connected, with space for more. I've tried 3 different VPN connections and non-work. I've also restarted my router and laptop.

 

I have seen another post regarding loss of VPN after a change in the router firmware. Can you please look into this asap and update my firmware as per those other users if that is the issue?

 

Being unable to connect to my VPN is stopping me working at the moment.

Hi @martinstevenson87,

 

The support team will be back in the morning, hopefully they will be able to change some firmware settings to resolve this issue for you.

Which make/model of router are you using & crucially what version of firmware (often called software) is it running?
