Hi
I've been working from home for 2 years now and connecting to my work via a VPN line. Suddenly last Friday it stopped working. My work IT consultant has checked that everything is ok and because I can connect to my work via the VPN line if I use a Mobile Hotspot on my phone it must be the router that is blocking the connection.
Please help. I've been through several Online Chats with Talktalk but getting nowhere.

Thank you for your reply. It is the Sagemcom hub. Sorry, I don't know what VPN software it is. Ok hopefully hear from the Support Team tomorrow. Thanks again

Hi @lindag1,
If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub then this will probably have been caused by the firmware upgrading to a new version.
What VPN software do you use, or it is the built in Windows 10/11 VPN ?
The support team here will be able to help, if you do have the Sagemcom they will probably be able to fix it by changing some router settings, they will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow.
