Hi
I seem to be having the same issues as others with Cisco AnyConnect. No internet access and no VPN connection to my work laptop. I am having to hotspot to able me to work. My company has told me it’s down to a firmware update sent out by TalkTalk and to ask if this can be removed.
Could this issue be resolved please.
TECS teams reply "We have a ifix guy who is with talktalk and he said -->> they pushed out a firmware update to their routers, the only way you can get them to undo the update is by posting on their online forum so their tech support can undo the update "
Many thanks
Briando

Hi @Briando
I've changed any personal info, and also initiated a rollback of firmware for you. Test the VPN Connection now and let me know.
Thanks
Karl.
