Hi,
I am no longer able to connect to my work VPN. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
Current router version is SG4K100130 (VPN broken).
Last time this happened you resolved it by updating my router version to SG4K10002829t
You have my permission to update my router version to resolve this.

My modem is an FAST5364 3.00 firmware SG4K100136 with broken VPN.
Can you please update the firmware?

@Neil Taylor, you will need to start a new topic of your own to get assistance from the support team, if you do that then they should be able to help when they return on Tuesday.
For one of the TalkTalk Support Team on this community to be able to look into the issue you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in your new topic, just add them to your community profile (only you and the TalkTalk Support Team on this community can see your profile details).

The router is on its way and you should receive this within the next 24-48hrs.
