hi, i am getting a message trying to connect through a VPN that a GRE error has occurred, ive read a few similar post here relating to a firmware version change can resolve the issue. could someone help me please?
current software version - SG4K100136
hardware version - FAST5364 3.00

Yep, firmware SG4K100136 is known to cause issues with some types of VPN connection, when the support team return tomorrow they should be able to change your router to use a different version of firmware that is more reliable with VPN connectivity.
