Please help. VPN doesnt seem to accessable on my talktalk internet connection. It does work on another network. i have had this problem before and you have been able to help. thank you

I've asked our Devices Team to make a change to your router firmware.

 

Please can you leave the router switched on and I will post back to confirm once the firmware has updated.

Yes, that is it. The next version is no better (V158 on the 5464). There is some new firmware being tested now & which is OK. I'll ask TalkTalk to put on a version that works for you.

Router is the 5464. Not sure on the firmware would it be SG4K100136. 

If not how do i find out? Thank you

Do you have either the Sagemcom 5364 or 5464 router & if so, what firmware version is it running?
