I have had a very slow broadband speed for several days, all day long, of about 0.4 or 0.3. I've carried out all the tests but nothing has fixed it. I couldn't access the live chat at the end of the test so haven't been able to contact anyone.
I've tested my landline with BT and that passed.
I've bought a new Talk Talk wifi hub but since the speed is so slow my devices won't connect to it, so have to use my old router to get any sort of connection.
Can anyone help please?

I've optimised DLM and reset the port, sync speed looks to have improved. Give this a try.
