WIFI CUTTING OUT EVERY NIGHT AROUND MIDNIGHT

As I’ve seen for so many others. My WiFi keeps cutting out every night around midnight and won’t work until I wake up in the morning. 

No settings have been turned on to cut out the wifi and it’s getting ridiculous. You raised my bills a month after joining and have raised them every few months since. Started off by paying 24 and now 30 for wifi that is meant to be the fastest but in reality it doesn’t work. Your tests claim that it’s working great and it performs well. No it doesn’t and this cut off needs to get fixed asap. 
if I wasn’t in a contract I would leave. I got much better service from NOW.

OK thanks. Could you switch the router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and check if it makes any difference tonight. Please let us know how you get on

rebooting doesn’t make a difference. All devices are affected that are connected to wifi. It’s pretty systematic. Gets past midnight. Wifi goes out shortly after, but appears to be fully functioning. It isn’t

OK thanks. If you reboot the router at that point does it not make any difference? Do all devices seem to be affected?

Nothing changes. It gets to early hours and everything looks normal it just doesn’t work. I have to disconnect and used my data and turn off the tv as it’s not usable.

Thanks. Line test is passing and appears to have been stable over the last few days. Have you noticed if the light changes on the router when the connection appears to drop?

I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you log into your My Account and check the HomeSafe settings, specifically Kidsafe and Homework time to see if anything has been selected/turned on.
