Could wifi optimisation be switched off please on my router as the channel keeps changing regularly. Daily now my sky boxes drop signal, the Wifi channel has changed and they don't reconnect and I have to do so manually. I need to turn the wifi optimisation off to either solve the problem or rule it out as the issue.
I have rang TT twice and they went through the process of turning it off. It has not worked, the channels keep changing and the problem I have is still here. I believe folk have had a bit of success via this forum so here's hoping.................Thanks
