My internet is working at home my mobile phone. however when i go to connect to my work laptop. it has stopped working saying it cant connect to the VPN. failed to connect. can you help?

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?
