@Rebekah786, are you a new customer or is this just a replacement router that you are waiting for?
What package are you on, as that will help - if it's fibre to the cabinet you'll have a phone number that you can put in? You can see this if you go to Service Status Dashboard and use My Connection.
The account number shows in all billing notifications.
Both the above can be found if you log into My Account.
If you have ordered Full Fibre, maybe you don't have a phone number? Until you tell us which package this is for, it's difficult to offer advice.
However you fill the Personal Information area in your profile, make sure that you SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond after the weekend.
