@sixstrang what product did you have before and what are you trying to order now ?
If you live in an area that has been cabled for real fibre, then Openreach may have put a "stop sell" on any services over the soon to be redundant telephone lines, meaning no ADSL or FTTC (Fibre 35/65/150)
Full FTTP would be available, however if TT are not selling Future Fibre in that location you may need to look for another ISP.
