No, I’m afraid not. I have a virgin media router, but, it does not connect to phone socket. They put a white box on the wall with a couple of wires going in to it for that router

I have tried the test socket, no difference. I don’t have a landline phone

tests are clear but I do see an increase in voltage on the line. Does the home phone work ok ?
Are you able to test the router at the 'Test Socket' ?
