Hi all I have had my Wi-Fi not even showing up on my phone or any device for the last 18 hours I have reset my router and all the standard troubleshooting this is about the 7th time this month can anyone help

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details with your Talktalk phone number  / account number in Personal Information. 

 

Go via your avatar, settings, drop down menu.....SAVE CHANGES.
