Wi-Fi optimisation

Since the latest software update, my 2.4G Wifi channel selection keeps changing from channel 11 to Channel 1, which causes interference problems from my neighbours Wifi.

Can you please turn off Wifi optimisation for me, please!

I have switched the WIFI optimisation off, please let us know how the connection compares.

Hi @gghopkins,

As you have discovered, a new firmware update being applied switches Wi-Fi Optimisation back on !. The support team will be able to switch it off again for you when they return on Monday.
