My internet will work fine for a few hours, and then it will just disconnect from the internet for a couple of hours, most being around 4 hours of no internet, and the white light is on the router but on myaccount it just says sorry we’ve ran into issues, why does it keep doing this.

Apologies for this.
Our engineers are investigating this issue and they have asked if you can try the below:
Change your router DNS settings to use Google DNS.
Please note ; If you currently use any Homesafe services such as Homework Time etc. This will not work whilst you have the DNS set to Google.
