That could be one of three, a Huawei and two Sagemcoms. Please look at the label behind the pull up panel

Hi @ASHBOOVIC

That model was discontinued a while ago. Which router do you have, so that I can recommend the best alternative?

Hi @ASHBOOVIC

If you have the Sagemcom FAST 5364 or 5464 router & the Version 2 266 WiFi booster/extender, have you seen my sticky on this subject:-

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Very-Important-V2-Sagemcom-FAST266-Wi-Fi-Booster/m-p/3...

Is it the same router, but with the older version 1 of the 266, which sounds more likely, if you have had it for six months?

If you have the eero, are you making this into a mesh network with a second one of the same model?

If it is some other combination, it is essential to know what it is exactly.

Hi ASHBOOVIC,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

Chris
