I have been offline now for 14 days. TT engineer has just been and confirmed my thoughts that this is a BT open reach issue. I cannot reply to my complaint handler now so please can you ask  someone to call me now. Jodie was dealing with this and I want  a BT  engineer booked tomorrow. THE WAY THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN DEALT WITH IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! Please also confirm my complaint is still open. Thank you

This tells me they have closed my complaint if they are trying to send me to online chat…
