Hi Bconsta
When you checked the HomeSafe settings, did it show if KidsSafe or Homework time was switched on?

Hi,
It reconnects at some point in the night I assume, as it’s back on by the next morning. I work past midnight some nights and so need the WiFi to work then.
No, the colour on the router remains solid white

Hi Bconsta,
Does it reconnect again without you having to do anything? How long is it down for?
Does the light change on your router when the connection drops

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
