Hi, came home to find all my smart devices linked to my 2.4g wifi is no longer responding, saying devices are off line. My devices linked to my 5g wifi are working still though?

Have you tried a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.
