Since I moved house nearly a year ago the WiFi drops off about 8 times a day and needs re starting.
recently they moved the socket but now all up stairs struggle to get a connection
TalkTalk have tested the line and found no fault so I think that the modem has a problem.
How do I request a new router or is there something else I can try to resolve this irritating issue ?

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
