I am unable to use my work VPN on my broadband now. It worked for years up until today. I've tested with my mobile hotspot and that works flawlessly.
I've factory reset the router to rule that out.
I had called TalkTalk support but they were adamant that this was not their issue despite my work's IT believing it is. It seems like either my router was updated or some ports are now being blocked which is causing this issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I also have the same issue since Monday. I've been trying fixes with my work IT department and today bought a new laptop home and still have the same problem. Having read this thread it sounds like it is a TalkTalk settings issue.
Could you look into a fix for me as well please?
I am using Cisco Anyconnect VPN and my router is FAST 5364-3 T8

Please confirm your make/model of router and the current software version. Also, which VPN client are you using?
