What model of TV box do you have, and are you connecting via HDMI etc ?

Have you added it as a device using the device connected settings?

 

The box should work, as I have mine working with an LG TV.

 

Or are you saying the box has failed totally?

 

Double check the connections and also try, if possible a different HDMI cable.
