My bill is paid up to date and you have a freeze on it and I cannot access adult content please can you fix this

The restriction has been lifted.
You will need to change your homesafe settings in My Account.

I think there may be two different issues here, one to do with billing and the other related to filter/safety settings. Can you not access the internet at all at the moment?
If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
