Hi
If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.
Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.
Thanks
Karl

I have the same problem. I get the attached when trying to access my account from outside the UK.
I cannot call you as it would cost a fortune. I'm looking at options now my deal has ended.
Why is security blocking access?

Hi sumig
I can give you the basics of your account
You are on Fibre35
Downstream Speed (MBPS) 40.0
Upstream Speed (MBPS) 10.0
Hope that helps.

Well the support team here can probably help you, what specifically do you want to know? Subject to that, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

I have tried with a vpn but that doesn't seem to work either. I wanted to check on my package and speed etc

That is a normal security feature. Try a VPN with a UK server. What is it you are trying to do, or need to know?
