Full fibre has been installed to the telegraph pole outside my house when will I be offered better speeds from Talktalk - Virgin and Befibre are already posting info through my door

Ive checked you account and we cant provide Full fibre at the moment , this will change in the future.
It can take a few weeks/months before our systems are updated.
