Dear Talk talk,
I cancelled my subscription in February because I moved abroad. I spoke several times on the phone with a Talk talk member who cancelled my subscription. He sent me an envelop to send back my modem/router, which I did. Since then, I keep receiving bills to pay and was contacted by a credit agency on your behalf. This is unacceptable! I did everything that was needed to cancel my subscription on time! Please stop sending me bills, I won't pay them and update your files. My account number is ** removed**

Your account didn't cancel until 16 March Your final bill was for the period of 28 Feb to 14 Mar, we still provided the service till then, this wasn't paid.
