can someone please call me asap, i changed my internet over to talk talk from shell, im 82 yrs old and didnt know my dd hadnt been transferred, its saying now that my account has been cancelled. ive tried phoning all numbers sent to me but none of them are working 😞 so can someone phone me asap please my number is ** removed **

I presume you used to be with us before the switch and you are logging into the old account, your new account should start with a 95, can you add your new account number to your community profile and I can start to help.
