Hi I received a letter yesterday from TalkTalk dated 31 May 2022, with details of new options for to renew my soon to end package. these offers were not available to me when I chose my new pakage a few days. one of them is cheaper than the one I chose. I have a speech impediment so I am unable to call the Retention Team for to cancel my present package. Is there any other way to contact the Retention Team at TalkTalk? Thanking you in advance.
