Hi
I have been having problems with my internet speed (although download speed is very good) and tried to access my account, but some of the services were unavailable. I have been informed that this is due to me having 2 lines, one line copper and one line fibre. Im totally confused as i thought that when my fibre (freedom fibre) was installed the copper line would have been disabled. Very disappointed of late with TalkTalk.

Hi Libslad
When you upgraded to Full Fibre did you request to keep your phone number?
If you did then the copper line is left active so you can use your phone.
