My existing contract expired on 22nd March.  I was sent an email on 13th Feb inviting me to renew with three options. I chose Fibre 35 with anytime phone calls.  I have now discovered that this has been blocked despite me receiving an installation. date and contract.    Following many phone calls I have now been told that i cannot have anytime phone calls with fibre 35.  It was agreed that i could have a new Fast broadband package with anytime phone calls.  This has not been provided and I am now told that I cannot nave the Fast broadband package because  the fibre.   package (which I have been told I cannot have) is still on my account..  Can you sort this mess out for me please.

Looks like there is an order for Future fibre that was due to go live on the 23.03 this order is stuck, Usually an engineer is required to install the equipment the only team that can help with this is the future fibre team they will need to remove that order and place a new one.
