Flashing amber light on router since it was switched off for electrical work. No internet connection for 2 days. Ran all diagnostic tests and going round in circles on the website which has led me here.

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the router is not in sync. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with please? If not then we can send a replacement router to rule this out.
