Hi
I seem to be having the same issues as others with Cisco AnyConnect. No internet access and no VPN connection to my work laptop. I am having to hotspot to able me to work. My company has told me it’s down to a firmware update sent out by TalkTalk and to ask if this can be removed.
Could this issue be resolved please.

Simply visit a board such as https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Fibre/bd-p/fibre
select the 'Start A Topic' button at the top.

If you look back through the thread, you'll see that each customer was asked to start their own topic, to avoid confusion in the replies.
Please return to the message board and click on start a topic.
Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
Leave your router on, and let staff know (in your new post) if any time during the day is not convenient tomorrow - you'll lose service for for c 5 minutes.
