If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. I reported a faulty connection yesterday (29 Nov 2024) and spoke at length on chat with 3 Talktalk people. Had to stop when I was told system undergoing maintenance, come back tomorrow. Here I am
